GLUCKSTADT, February 19, 2024 - The Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance is excited to announce Firefighters Appreciation Week from February 19 to 23. This dedicated week honors the exceptional bravery and commitment of our local heroes, and the Gluckstadt Mayor and Board have wholeheartedly endorsed a resolution in support of this commendable initiative.

The Business Alliance will be distributing red bows to businesses throughout the city to display on their doors as a visible symbol of gratitude for our firefighters. The red bows serve as a reminder of the sacrifices made by these selfless individuals who risk their lives daily to protect our community.

The Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance is encouraging businesses and citizens to actively participate in this celebration by expressing their appreciation in various ways. Whether it's a simple thank-you note, a small gesture, or any creative expression of gratitude, every effort counts in recognizing the dedication of our local firefighters.
